Row clear feature and fixes

Added  a new feature to the game to make it more fair:

• Blocks will now drop down when rows are cleared instead of staying in place

Fixes and changes:

• Fixed issue where camera position would become off centered
• Changed the types of blocks that can spawn
• Minor changes to graphics settings
